The Lash Studio operates by appointment. We are open late most evenings during the week and on Saturday & Sunday for your convenience. Advance bookings including Waitlists can be made online quickly and easily from the below links or by calling the Salon on 0415 910 665
Online Bookings can be made quickly and easily for all Treatments including Lash Extensions, Eyelash Extension infills, Lash Lift and Eyebrow Lamination. Our booking system can be accessed online 24/7 for booking at your convenience. We also have an app available for download on iOS or Android devices to view and manage all of your bookings in real-time.

Once downloaded simply login / create account with any existing email address. If we already have your exact email address on file, you will be able to automatically view all of your past & present bookings.
Cancellation Policy: For some treatments, we may request a $35-$55 booking deposit. Deposits can be paid securely online by any credit card via PayPal. For cancellations within 24 hours, deposits become non-refundable. however bookings can be cancelled easily online up to 24 hours prior. Email and/or SMS reminders will be sent automatically from our booking system. If we do not receive a reply, booking may be auto-cancelled to accommodate any waitlist. If you are unable to make your appointment and need to reschedule, sufficient notice would be courteous.
Lateness Policy: The time that we have booked for your appointment is your time to enjoy a relaxing treatment. Please be aware that arriving late may result in your booked appointment being shortened to accommodate the next client. Please note that in cases of lateness, we may not have enough time required to apply as many lashes as you would like. To make the most out of your allocated appointment time and to ensure your lashes look as amazing as possible, it is appreciated to arrive on time and most importantly without any eye make-up. If needed we have cleanser and makeup remover – please arrive early if this is required.
